Why I Have Regrets

Whenever someone says they have no regrets, it makes Doreen raise a brow.

Really?

None?

Zero?

Nada?

Zilch?

In this episode, Doreen shares her take on what it means to have regrets and how she deals with hers  (cause she definitely has them)! And it does not mean you failed in life. She believes that what you do after the regret is the dealbreaker.

  • I almost didn’t listen to your podcast, considering you were a “new name” added to my already full email list of “to be read”. But it was this mornings “right small step” in my walk away from burnout’s cliff edge. Thank you for the encouragement to look at truth.

  • At this point in my life, things that some would consider a regret, I now see as blessings. It’s the way you view the events in your life. As you stated regrets are challenges. And they come into your life when they are due to arrive. You may think that you are not ready to deal with it, but this is the perfect time for it.
